TWD: Espresso Cinnamon Cup Custard

This weeks Tuesday's w/Dorie recipe was chosen by Bridget from The Way the Cookie Crumbles.

Hmmm... not much to say about this. I went for the Espresso Cinnamon variation. It was easy to make but I didn't care for it...too eggy. It reminded me a little of chocolate yogurt, two great tastes that don't taste great together....

I just went with the lemon - but the combo you tried - well, - ummm- not my favorite Dorie recipe.

Not the most exciting recipe so far, I agree.

Ooof! I've had a chocolate yogurt before and I was like "Why would anyone make this???" Sorry you didn't like it!

I was thinking if coffee-cin would be good.. but wanted to stay with something "clean" tasting and use my lemons off my tree. Liked it but not sure I'll do it again. I can think of many other ways to spend calories!

Sorry this one wasn't thrilling. I was going to try the espresso variation next but maybe not!

So sorry you didn't care for this one.. I made a vanilla-cinnamon recipe and its pretty good.
Lets wait for next week's recipe.. should be great!
